The feel of our new blend of hoodie is absolutely amazing. Its breathable, soft and also comfortable. This hoodie is great to be worn on hot days, and warming enough to be worn on cold days. Sleeve is longer than our regular Gildan brand. Elastic bands at wrist and waist are more tighter, giving an amazing fit.

Note: If you like your hoodies baggy, please order one size up.

Shipping: Each product usually takes 2-4 days for delivery locally. However, we try our best to get each product out within the same day to meet the needs of all our customers. All our orders outside of Trinidad usually takes 5-10 business days. Sometimes items may arrive sooner than later. We try to get your items to you as fast as we can with the most reliable services. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Four Twelve Youth purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us at management@fourtwelveyouth.com and we’ll make things right.

Include a note with your intention (return or exchange noting the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

•  Customers are responsible for return shipping, once we receive the product we can process your refund.

• Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
